Mon Jul 14 18:28:35 UTC 2003 - Happy birthday
July 7th was my daughters birthday. Happy birthday Abbey, daddy loves you. We had a little party, it was pretty cool, I baked the cake and everything, Alix made the icing which was incredibly wonderful, and we put little candy sprinkles on it. We celebrated amongst ourselves. Abbey wherever you are baby, daddy misses you.

Tuesday 07/01/03 09:56:34 AM - Yet another update
Not sure how many of you follow the arch mailing list, but a few interesting links have come through. For instance, the old fav http://regexps.srparish.net and then things like http://arch.quackerhead.com and http://arch.bluegate.org/src/HTML/index.html. Well worth the look.

Wed Jun 25 21:10:02 UTC 2003 - VSTa webpage update
Mark Ferrell has put up a VSTa webpage found at vsta.quackerhead.com that included among other things, a mailinglist, wiki, bugtracker, and documentation. Definitly worth the time to go and look at it.

Tuesday 06/24/03 03:20:24 PM - After a long wait
Well thank you Mark Ferrell! Having undergone a very long wait due to extraneous circumstances, the VSTa cvs tree has finally been converted to an arch(tla) archive! The exact presence and nature of Mr. Ferrell's work is still yet to be determined if memory serves me. I am unaware at this time of a VSTa fork being in the works or just continued development. I am aware of several of the ongoing projects for the OS and am ready to start hacking and testing stuff myself. Once again, good work Mark!

Tuesday 06/24/03 03:18:22 PM - Didn't know if you knew
None of the links work yet, I'm working on content but also extending some of the functionality of some utilities I'm working on. Codebase will of course be available.

Tuesday 06/24/03 12:22:18 PM - Wonderful world of deadlines
Ever wonder why you get deadlines at the end of the week for monday? It's because your managers want to see how dedicated you are, they want to know just how far they can push you for the good of the company. And also it has to do with managers having full frontal labotomies during managerial training. Has to be, it's the only logical explanation. I say give the managers control over groups of managers not employees, then they can kill each other off and competent engineers can get in there hopefully without labotomies and set things straight.

Monday 06/23/03 06:49:57 PM - New GNU page coming soon
Ever wonder about the philosophy behind those great GNU (which stands for GNU's Neglected and Useless) tools? We'll be explaining that and more.....oh so much more. Stay tuned.

Monday 06/23/03 06:25:16 PM - Definitive test of the news posting tools
Here we have a test, this is only a test, had this been a real life situation, your head would have imploded. Thank you.
